Super easy process, bought one for both Mom and I, they called to confirm it wasn't a duplicate order, specs and support I needed. I opted for unassembled, tracking was provided well and I was able to assembly my Majestic 250s pretty quickly. One of the wheels was bent/warped and they were able to send me a new one so my mom and I could ride togerther! Overall good experience and would buy from them again. Shipped to NC and registered with no issues outside of that front wheel :).

The staff is extremely helpful. Customer service was great. Got everything I was looking for even though I didn’t know what I was looking for.
