It took quite a while to get the jack, but I got quick responses from Agile Offroad when I wrote to ask where it was. They explained that there was a back-log on orders. When it finall arrived it was all that and MORE. It is very heavy duty (I jacked up a Ford F 250 with it and changed the tire). I would HIGHLY recommend this jack. As the self appointed patron saint of stranded motorists, I change about 20 tires a year and have had experiences with cheap jacks, broken jacks, cars sold to people with NO jacks, etc. I can say with certainty that this jack will not let you down (until you're ready to go down and then it turns very easily and scissors down gently).
