I received a water pump for my Toyota 4runner. The gasket was damaged in shipping. Gary from Parts Hawk was very helpful. To replace the gasket cost me 25. 00. I sent pics of the damaged part and receipt for the new gasket. Gary made sure I was fully refunded the cost for the gasket. I will defiantly do business with Parts Hawk in the future.
