From my experience Metromile's service is straight forward, accurate and fair. I have used roadside assistance, sooo helpful. I have had claims. Logical, reasonable and efficient. I have recommended Metromile to others and am so glad it was recommended to me.

Metromile makes having car insurance a pleasant experience. I prefer low rates and great customer service to those companies with the ha ha ads and attempts at comedy. Keep your lizards and emus, waitresses and stock clerks (or whatever they are supposed to be). I'm with Metromile and their with me.
