Comcast, Verizon and AT&T should send their Customer Service Reps to World Music Supply so they can figure out what REAL AMERICAN customer service is! Thank you guys for being who your are!

Bass guitar plays and sounds great love the color sometimes it looks dark blue then black. the only problem I had was that 1 tune peg was stripped, I called World Music Supply and they E-Mailed me a return label to return it for an exchange, they sent me a replacement back in 2 days.

The guitar is great, just as advertised. Free shipping and it arrived one day sooner than expected! I would rate the whole experience as 5 star!

Guitar was shipped quickly and packaged well. Made a great gift for the music enthusiast in my life (who's now teaching chords to me!)

I'll keep this simple, WMS seems to be a little less known than some of the other Big Outlets Stores but don't let that keep you from giving them a serious look! I've purchased multiple products over the years and can tell you first hand that they have "Great Specials" and awesome customer support. Go for it...and see for yourself!
