Great work for price

Eventgroove has exceptional integrity and incredible customer service! I have placed many orders with no problems; however, recently a job arrived and did not look as expected. They quickly sent out a corrected product which still was not what I was expecting. I called and spoke with Ivan and after several messages back and forth, he solved the problem. I have not received the product, but I had to leave this review because it has been a long time since I have had company give an order this much attention and work this hard to make sure their customer was happy. The tickets shipped very quickly. They were shipped by UPS. UPS attempted one delivery to the school and then returned them to Eventgroove. I worked with customer service. They monitored the return, refunded my shipping, and then shipped them back to me two-day express so that I would get them on time. Their customer service is top notch and the product was very good quality for a great price.
