The design platform is intuitive if you've done any online design work, and there are easily-edited templates to use if you haven't. Our Prom ticket looks great, the colors are exactly as designed and as seen on screen, and the cuts are clean. I absolutely LOVE the numbering feature that can be put on both the front and back of the tickets. We added a QR code this year that let us skip a handout with extra info, so I love that feature, and it was incredibly easy to use.
