Tim was very patient with all my questions before and after buying my new kiln. The guys were organized and ready for us when we arrived to pick it up. Kiln was in perfect condition after unpacking! My only wish is that the showroom was still open- I miss shopping for tools and glazes, and seeing the equipment set up.
