Great guitar and excellent service.

So, it started with a Richard video guiding me. It continued with seeking advice from the team over the phone. Which led to a 'test drive' in their home. They made me feel very welcome and guided me through its specifics before discreetly withdrew letting me lose on it. Outcome never in doubt, it sounds fantastic, the feel of it, the string spacing, the look. I took delivery a week after 'test drive' with a few minor tweeks, eg lighter strings and a strap button. Loving it and fingers much string used. Now if youll excuse me I hear it calling me
