Great company - no idea about the customer service though as I have had no issues which does kind of speak for itself.

I am still completing my first paint by numbers. I have enjoyed the experience. Paint Plot hints and tips have been great. The delivery time was not great, but I did purchase over Easter so that is not a good time to gauge shipping speed. I will definitely get more paintings as I find it very relaxing.
