Great piano.

It has been a great pleasure to work with Northwest Pianos. My new piano was delivered in sparkling condition. After the movers situated it precisely and showed me some details in its care, my Petrof glowed in its new home. The gift of a piano bag filled with surprises became a mini-musem for increased learning and enjoyment. I am finding that voicing is easier than with any other piano I've played. While listening to the response in different registers, I hear the clarity of tone so often used to describe the Petrof. The touch is interesting. As I work to bring about the sounds I desire, I find that work is not needed with this Petrof. A gentle touch and careful listening will be rewarding. I am still discovering the richness of tone, warmth, character, and drama as my new piano becomes a major part of my life.

I came in to see about purchasing a second piano from Northwest Pianos. I found just what I wanted and bought a new upright Hailun. The salesman who helped me was excellent. It' was just the instrument that I wanted (and needed) to replace the old Wurlitzer I'd had for 48 years. I asked about the salesman, Terry, who had helped me purchase my Baby Grand Petrof in 2018. I was kindly told that he was very ill. My husband and I were very sad and have been praying for him. Terry had told me I could come in any time and play the grand pianos in the side room, which the salesman encouraged me to do. The $194,000 Fazioli was amazing to play for a few minutes and I thanked my salesman profusely. And the answer was 'no' when I asked my husband if we could buy that as well. Ha! Always a wonderful time when we come into Northwest Pianos.
