Everything was great. I e mailed you for information about books I had been waiting for form another company. I got a prompt reply from Amy and she told me that you had them in stock. I called and asked about ordering over the phone and they took my order right then. I received my order today.

After a long holiday break was eventually over, I received excellent support obtaining parts the stores were not able to order. They went to extra lengths to resolve a difficult problem. Thanks for going above and beyond.
