Broad Ticket

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong time. I tried calling and calling g but never got a live person. My daughter texted for me and you replied but never called to let me know. I went there for the original time I bought the tickets to be informed that you changed it . I lost everything. That made me so upset. I haven’t seen a show for over 20 years and was so excited .

The show was good and the service was fast and efficient. BUT WHY THE HECK DID YOU OVERCHARGE ME????!! I bought 5 tickets for $71/tkt. That's $355. You charged my CC $539!!!! Tax isn't anywhere near that much. I can't reach a human being to complain! What a rip off!!!!! I'm going to report you and be forced to dispute the charge!

Never got my tickets! This was supposed to be the highlight of our NY trip—what a disappointment, when I went to the box office to get my tickets, and they weren’t there! I will never use a 3rd party ticket seller like BroadTicket again! You reimbursed me what I paid, but you can’t fix my ruined trip!! Cathy Gaal

Booked tickets on wrong date, wrote email to change the dates but noone answered. Called the hotline, was 10 minutes on hold on international call and hang up on them. 250 dollars are gone. Poor Site. NEVER EVER AGAIN
