It was a mistake to
It was a mistake to book a show through BroadTicket as we ended up with very poor seats and therefore an unenjoyable performance. The trouble was that I couldn't choose a specific seat, only one in a block of seats in a general price-range area. Not knowing the theatre or the precise meaning of balcony, we thought we had seats in the middle front row, only to find after climbing endless steep stairs (I am mobility impaired) that we had been given the worst seats in the house: last to the right - yes, in front row - where much of the stage couldn't be seen. As it was our only broadway experience during our short trip to NY (coming from far away zambia) this was most disappointing.
