We had tickets for May
We had tickets for May 4th, but our flight from Miami was 5 hours late, so we missed that show. Next day I tried to get tickets for May 7th, as I bought them i remarked that I lost the show of May 4th, the cashier checked, found the voucher, reimbursed me for the purchase! Great! We saw the show at no extra cost. This is what I call customer service.
