Here are my thoughts about my experience. Nothing but stress. I ordered a black band for my Citizen watch. I gave you my credit card number. You sent me a package in error for a part for someone's chronograph? watch. You advised me to send it back which I did, in the meantime my watchband never came to me. Where is it? Am I too expect to get it? Am I being charged for it? I cannot use my watch with the band that I had that I purchased from you a couple of years ago. Please send my band to me.
