Cat Genie AI is a lifesaver. Makes the litter box have much less maintenance. Just click a button (or automatic) and the litter box is cleaned. However, not a perfect solution if you have multiple cats and one Cat Genie. Each cleaning cycle must take around 20/30 minutes. Also, the plastic litter pieces end up all over the house and hurt to step on.

I’ve had Cat Genies for about two decades. They are great! The new swoosh is so much easier to maintain. My cats really took to them so fast. The customer service is wonderful. They’re friendly and helpful and they really go out of their way to address any issues. I bought a Swoosh recently and the plumber who was working on my bathroom cut the drain hose too short. He was trying to be helpful. I called CG and they sent me a hose immediately and I got it within a couple of days. CG is so great!
