Love it!

This is my fourth machine. When you're old bending over and dealing withLitter boxes is miserable when you have Arthritis and etc CatGenie Has been a blessing. My Kitty is an indoor cat and it's 16 years old he has known nothing but catgenie is for his potty. Wouldn't use anything else. Great gift for mother's day.

Very helpful customer service team, helped me figure out the problem with my hopper and sent me a new one very quickly.

I think the soak is a more thorough clean

This is hands down the best purchase I’ve made for my cat! It was pricey but worth every penny. The product is excellent. My cat warmed up to it within a week and there Is little maintenance required. The only change I had to make was a new litter mat because it gets tracked throughput the house but that was an easy fix. I have recommended this to sooo many people! Buy it!
