Complete Control Harness

Terrible harness that definitely for my AussieDoodle does not to “anything” for her pulling.

I’ve purchased a lot from Canada Pooch and was mostly happy with everything until now. I’ve bought their waterproof puffer, Cool Factor hoodie, suspender boots, Soft Shield boots, poop bag dispenser, and Soho sweater for my dog. Those items are great quality, except for the Soft Shield and suspender boots, which developed small tears/holes after minimal wear. However, they fit my dog perfectly, so they were still worth it to me, even if I have to replace them more often. When I saw the Complete Control harness and matching Utility leash, I decided to give them a try. I ordered according to their sizing guidelines, but the harness was way too big for my dog. The leash also didn’t seem like great quality. My dog is a strong puller, and I wasn’t happy with how flimsy it looked. I reached out to customer support, but they refused to allow a refund or exchange because I had cut the tags off. For the leash, you literally have to cut the tags off to open the leash up. I sent them a photo showing that it was clearly unused and that I had just received it, but they still wouldn’t help. After spending over $500 with this company as a loyal customer, I’m really disappointed with their customer service.

Beautifully constructed but Fifi prefers lighter harnesses-she’s a less is more kind of pup.

I have 2 return because they don't fit and I need to change. No one has a answered me . . I keep getting emails someone will contact me. but no one has. .

I sized this to their sizing and I think it’s a little too large on my dog. The underneath is slippery material so slides to the sides. I have a cheap Amazon one with the webbing type material underneath and I have to say I keep using that one.
