Shipping and communication was excellent

I ordered 2 lots of the sample pack and 1 unfortunately got misplaced during shipping (no fault of Petzyo) However this was no issue for the amazing staff who were only to happy to follow up on the order. I received my full order in record time. I’m definitely ordering more food from here!

No trouble with shipping

Its too soon to know how much the dogs like the food just yet as we are phasing it into their diet. They seem to like it ok they can be picky though. The customer service though is excellent.

My dogs farts smelt like something was seriously wrong with his gut. You literally could not sit in the same room with the doors closed but after switching to a strictly petzyo kibble diet he has smelt much more pleasant and also lost Some weight ( which he needed to do) . Very happy.
