I love this carrier so much that I just purchased it again after my kitty got carsick in his first one. The thing I love most about this one is the thermal comfort pad - it’s so much better than the faux fleece pad! I love that it’s removable and cleanable (the fleece wasn’t cleanable so there was no way to clean up after he got car sick). I wish there was the option of the thermal pad in the standard colors and not just the prints edition, but I still do like the outside too. Shipping was very fast, I’m glad I bought direct from the company. And thank you for the extra goodies included with purchase.

I used it for our Doberman puppy that was 9 weeks old (flew from west coast to east coast) and it worked great. One agent did give me hard time about dog size but didn’t mention the carrier being a problem because it’s very collapsable. Manager said it was ok so this worked thanks
