Easy online ordering, and friendly, helpful staff at the Park Ridge Kriser's. It was my first time buying from them, and I will definitely be returning. Most importantly, they stock my 17-year old Persian cat's favorite food: Smallbatch Cat Frozen Raw Chicken Sliders. He has a sensitive stomach and this food, recommended by my vet, keeps his stomach stable without any need for medication. He is very healthy at 17!

The Uber delivery person was smoking and our food bag reeked of smoke. The Kriser's store immediately sent us a brand new bag for no charge. I hope they got some kind of refund from Uber
