I'm very happy with the service I've received from this company I sent an email querying about the dog door and got a good explanation back I then did a order and ordered two extra tags because these things do get lost sometimes the door looks very nice in the window and the dog learnt to use it within five minutes with lots of treats and praise he's just a pup so on very very pleased
