To the credit of Full Moon Pet - their customer service was responsive and they did try to replace our product. unfortunately, the product just isn't a good fit for all dogs

Honestly my dogs will not eat anything else once I start giving these as treats. It is very sad. I cannot give them these any longer. :( I wish they would come with a full natural ingredients food. I would buy it.

Have absolutely no complaints on shipping or the products received. My pup loves everything we have received and I love that they are all natural for her and at a great price.
