I bought this for my 15 year old beagle. She has overall been healthy and without complications but last month she had an acute (now we know) episode where she could hardly move. She was clearly in pain and uncomfortable. The vet and I thought this was it. We put her on painkillers, muscle relaxants and gabapentin and she slowly started to improve. Although she has always been on one kind of joint supplement or another, I wanted to try this one, since I am using Summit for my horse. Belle has completely recovered thanks to the meds, but once we started this joint supplement her pep to her step has returned and this morning she had a one minute zoomie episode in the yard that was just hilarious. She looked so happy and so comfortable. I think Summit Joint & Mobility has definitely made her back to her own zoomie self.
