Placing the order was easy, I've bought Catit products before from a Garden Centre and saw this product advertised online. Delivery took longer than expected but that could have been because of Christmas.

Easy to order online, with a good range of products available. My treehouse arrived with a bit of damage but Kathryn in customer service was super helpful and sorted out a replacement very quickly and threw in some treats by way of apology. The cats love the treehouse and the complimentary treats. Thank you!
