I had a problem with my original Pixi Smart Fountain, as the UVC light had failed.
After contacting customer services and providing them with some info and pictures regarding the problem, a new fountain was sent out to me.
It was all dealt with very quickly; the new fountain was delivered within 24 hours and they even sent some Catit food for my cat to try.
My cat and I are very happy customers!
