I ordered two dog licking pads to give my babies a healthy outlet for licking. The package arrived in a timely manner, but had the wrong items inside. I sent an email to the company asking if I could return the wrong order and get what I had ordered. They immediately got back to me apologizing for the mistake and told me my original order was already being put in the mail to fix the problem and that I could keep the incorrect items as well. I should be getting the licking pads in the next couple of days and I’m so excited to try them out. Just overall really happy with the customer service!

A great experience.

I bought 2 Lick Mats, one for each of my dogs. They knew the package was for them before I even opened it. They watched while I washed the mats, and then spread some peanut butter on them. Really, they never took their eyes off of me! The dogs were enthralled, settled down, and had a grand time licking their new amusement. Well worth the price.
