This collar is WORTH THE COST!!!! I have 13 acres and putting an inground fence was impractical. This collar keeps my dog on my property. Come to find out, he usually doesn't go off property, I just could never find him and would start calling for him. I'm sure my neighbors appreciate it, too. I'm sure they just loved me calling for him at 6 a.m. during morning chores! Now I just look on the app and see where he is on the property. And I can use the app to whistle the collar, which he comes to immediately. Customer Support is also great. The person I conversed with at the Dog Park was amazing. Top Notch! My only negative is sometimes going in and out of the house, the GPS takes awhile to find the collar. I do have a metal roof, so that may be what is causing it. Highly Recommended!

I have come to rely on my Halo coller to help me keep track of my dog, Frank Sinatra. As a senior citizen, it's no longer possible for me to run after a dog. I needed a tool that would keep Frank from leaving the property. With the Halo collar, he knows his boundaries & when to turn back for his safe zone. Even when he is chasing a rabbit or squirrel, the very first warning of the audible beeping is enough to turn him back. Customer service has always been courteous & professional & takes the time to check back in ensuring any problem is resolved. This is wonderful!

An early adopter, worked great day one, have 5 acres surrounded by woods. Put the boundary right before tree line and we trained our border collie/australian cattle dog/german shepard - who loves to run and herd deer, rabbits and squirrels - to respond to the first warning on vibrate. She now will go full speed to chase to the tree line and pull up, run the perimeter and then give up the chase. Occasional early update issues and sometimes resets required in the first 6 months. Then after a year, quit taking a charge, did a warranty claim, sent it back, received a new Halo 2 in about 3 days. Works great, most early day issues gone with latest sw updates. Love it, free roaming pet with constant management and location available - fantastic!
