I bought a Coyote Vest 3 years ago to protect my chihuahua on hikes and runs. The color faded, but overall it was great until I somehow lost it. When we are in the woods, I only feel my chi is safe when she's wearing her vest, so I immediately bought this latest version - which improved greatly on the design. Unlike the first one, it does not solely depend on velcro for closures, but buckles with easily adjustable straps. And the orange color I chose is vivid. and I'm hoping more color-fast over time. Again, I can hike and run with my little chi off-leash - along with my two larger dogs - without a great deal of anxiety, though I do always keeping an eye on her - easy to do, clad as she is in neon orange. Chihuahuas are far more athletic than many think and so mine can gallop along looking just as tough as she is.

These fit our chihuahuas perfectly and make us feel much more comfortable taking them on adventures.
